Real estate professional, Colleen Jorgensen was born in Washington State, where she grew up and went to college. She moved to Sacramento, California in 1986 where she met her husband and lived and worked for 20 years.  The love for the beach and sunshine encouraged her to move to Southern California with her family, where they reside. They loved living in Thousand Oaks, which has been for several years now and recently moved to Agoura Hills to be closer to their children's schools in Oak Park. Colleen is married and has two children.  Both she and her husband have been working in the real estate industry for over 27 years.  Colleen has worked for several new homebuilders, developers, property management companies and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  Her experience includes executive administrative assistant, purchasing manager, loan officer, customer service executive, escrow coordinator, project manager and new home community sales manager.

Colleen understands the entire process of how a home should be built from the ground up.  Her education and business knowledge have extended to her buyers and customers by giving them comfort, support, understanding and ease throughout their purchase or selling experience. These prior careers helped her develop essential skills that make Colleen an extraordinary real estate professional.

Colleen has actively held her real estate license since 1991 and currently holds her real estate license with Prudential California Realty located in Thousand Oaks, California.  Colleen works directly with Buyers and Sellers for any type of residential homes, condos, town homes or duplexes. She works with clients in the wide range of the Ventura County ranging anywhere from Agoura Hills, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, to Simi Valley, Camarillo, Ventura and Oxnard. Colleen has sold and closed more than 170 homes and has been recognized as a top selling agent and top closing agent. 

As a member of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, Colleen is able to access a wide range of housing options and current sales statistics. The valuable information derived from these affiliations enables Colleen to additionally benefit her clients in Ventura County. Colleen is involved in her local community in Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Westlake and Thousand Oaks, as well as volunteering with her family in community clean-ups, building habit for humanity, and feeding the homeless.  Colleen enjoys hiking, golfing, traveling and going to the beach with her family.
