My job is to make the momentous occasion of buying a home a pleasant and rewarding experience. For buyers, I search for the perfect property, then negotiate the best possible deal.  Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come from the purchase of a lifetime.

For sellers, our comprehensive marketing plan gives the property owner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her investment.  I will advertise properties to reach real estate professionals as well as the general public.  This includes exposure in the Multiple Listing Services, open houses, web sites, newspapers, and direct mail.  I thoroughly evaluate offers based on proof of funds, motivation, and the buyer’s ability to close the deal.

Many of my previous homeowners tell me that the reason they chose me over someone else, is because I took the time to listen to their needs and wants. To find them a home they wanted, not just to get a sale. I never pressure my buyers into buying something they do not want or would not be happy in. If they are unsure, then I always encourage them to sit back and try to relax and think of the reasons why or why not, write down the positives versus the negatives, then let me know what the end result is.

I always stay educated on new materials, building trends, costs, and changes that might impact a home’s value. I have been involved in numerous functions and board members including a multi-family homeowner associations and a member of the Building Industry Association.

Due to my years of experience in New Home Communities, I also have a good eye for exterior and interior design, with a knack for seeing a home as if you were a buyer. I have the ability to use my imagination to make simple changes that will enhance the space.
